The Global Young Leaders Programme draws on the experience and knowledge of scholars, skilled practitioners and senior business advisors.
The robust nature of the teaching method draws on participants’ intuitive as well as analytical skills. As part of an intensive process of learning and cooperation participants are expected to carry out extensive background reading, complete project work and actively engage in discussion and planning sessions. Participants are fully supported by GIFT instructors and methods through the process.
